The Tower of London

Exercise 6.5.5. Paraphrase, using the modal verb "need".

Example: It is not necessary to go there. – You need not gothere.

It wasn’t necessary for you. 5. It was not necessary for you to remind me about his birthday. I remember the date very well. 6. It was not necessary for her to cook this enormous dinner: there were only two of us. 7. It is not necessary to take the six-thirty. A later train will do as well.
